I’m Hyacoubb Coulibaly, founder of Sweat Society. I built this coaching system for busy adults who want to move better, feel stronger, and stop restarting every few months.
Most people don’t struggle because they lack motivation. They struggle because they don’t have a clear, repeatable system that fits real life. Sweat Society exists to remove that guesswork.
This coaching is built for people dealing with stiffness, aches, old injuries, or years of inconsistency — people who want to train without breaking their bodies or burning out.
The approach is simple and intentional: strength training to build capability, mobility to keep your body moving well, and accountability systems so progress actually sticks.
This isn’t about quick fixes or extreme programs. It’s about building confidence in your movement, consistency in your routine, and a foundation you can rely on long term.
